Job Description
The J.T.C Japanese Treatment Centre is seeking a professional and service-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and support the smooth daily operations of the Centre.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Schedule: 2–3 days per week
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Location: Eden Island, Seychelles
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients upon arrival and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule updates
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries
- Handle basic administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
- Maintain an organised reception desk and waiting area
- Coordinate communication between clients and practitioners
- Process payments and issue receipts as required
- Perform other related administrative or operational duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and handle multitasking
- Professional, courteous, and well-presented
