By default, your Candidate profile and CV may be visible to registered Employers and potential Employers using Pebbledesk. This information may be used to evaluate your suitability for a job and to initiate contact with you.
A Candidate may choose to hide their profile in their account settings. When hidden, a Candidate profile will not appear in search results and will only be visible to Employers for roles that they have actively applied to.
Employers reserve the right to contact a Candidate directly using the contact details provided in their CV or profile.
(ii) With Candidates and General Public (for Employers)
Candidates, potential Candidates and the general public may view the details of job listings and Employer profiles submitted.
(iii) With Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist in hosting, analytics, or technical support.
(iv) Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, in response to a legal process, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
