2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the Services following such modifications signifies your acceptance of the changes.
3. Eligibility

5.1 For Employers:
- Accuracy of Information: Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Employers must not post any job listing that contains false information, illegal offers, or discriminatory content.
- Content Compliance: Employers must ensure that all job advertisements comply with Seychelles employment laws.
- Payment: Employers may be charged fees for posting job listings or accessing premium services. Payment terms will be outlined on the Website at the time of purchase. All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.
5.2 For Candidates:
- Accuracy of Information: Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide when applying for jobs, including resumes, cover letters, and contact details.
- Prohibited Conduct: Candidates must not engage in any activities that are fraudulent, misleading, or illegal. You may not create multiple accounts or submit false information in job applications.
6. Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to use Pebbledesk for any of the following:
- Posting any content that violates any local, national, or international law.
- Posting any material that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
- Impersonating another individual or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Using the Website to promote any business that competes with Pebbledesk.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to Pebbledesk.
7. Fees and Payments
7.1 Employer Fees:
- Pebbledesk may charge Employers for posting job listings or other premium services. The applicable fees will be displayed at the time of purchase.
- All payments must be made using a valid payment method accepted by Pebbledesk.
- Pebbledesk reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time, with notice provided on the Website.
7.2 Refunds:
- All payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- In the event of a technical error or failure to deliver services as promised, Pebbledesk may offer a refund at its discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pebbledesk provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Pebbledesk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Website or its Services.
In no event shall Pebbledesk be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services.
9. Indemnification
